Returns

If the onesie isn't right, send it back. No arguing, no restocking fee.

The short version

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives. The onesie needs to be unworn, unwashed and still have its tags on. That's it.

How to start a return

Message us through our contact page with your order number and which item you're sending back. We'll email you a prepaid return label within one business day.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us we inspect it and issue the refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Original shipping charges aren't refunded, but the return label is on us.

Exchanges

Wrong size or want a different character? Say so in your message and we'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive the original. If the new item costs more we'll send a payment link for the difference.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, send us a photo and we'll ship a replacement right away. Don't bother sending the original back.

What we can't take back

Onesies that have been worn, washed, or had the tags removed, and anything past the 30-day window. Free gift items don't need to be returned.
