How fast we ship

Orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment yours goes out.

Delivery times

Standard shipping within the continental US takes 3-5 business days once your order has shipped. Alaska, Hawaii and international orders take longer, and the exact estimate is shown at checkout before you pay.

What it costs

Shipping is free on orders over $50. Below that, standard rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Holiday cut-offs

Order volume climbs sharply in December. To be safe for Christmas delivery in the US, place your order by December 15. We'll post exact cut-off dates on the home page as they get close.

Wrong address?

Email us with your order number as soon as you notice. If the order hasn't shipped yet we can update it. Once it's in transit we can't reroute it, but we'll help you sort it out with the carrier.

Missing or delayed package

Tracking sometimes stalls for a day or two without anything being wrong. If it hasn't moved in five business days, contact us and we'll open a trace or send a replacement.
